Business Development manager (m/f)

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Sales and Marketing Administrator (m/f)

Job Description/ Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Being the first point of contact and responding to all potential customers queries in a timely and proactive manner
  • Qualifying all these incoming enquiries via online research, pre-qualified screening calls before distributing the leads to the appropriate person .Working with management to design & fine tune this process.
  • Market research skills. Sourcing competitor events & building a database that has the prospect names, contact details of decision makers.
  • Working with sales & marketing leads to develop a campaign, via different communication channels
  • Ensuring that all sales administration is completed correctly 
  • Clean up, maintain existing data in CRM so we only have healthy leads and eliminate poor data.
  • Redistribute, under an agreed plan with management, previously owned accounts
  • Supporting the sales to help reach the team’s objectives
  • Maintaining open communication between suppliers and customers
  • Assisting during events when & where required
